Vlog 5: Exercise Day at Highcamp!

Oh my goodness, this was the funniest thing.  My school had exercise day in our auditorium last week, and the little kids were sooo cute! I took as much video/pictures as my little phone could handle before running out of memory.  Anyway, these little ones in the videos are the kids that I actually teach... I like the light green class the best.  The dark green class, the ones that unfortunately kept winning, I like the least... the VERY least.

Anyway, enjoy the videos/pics.  Absolute highlight of the day, (and I really wish I had gotten video of this) was when the 5 year olds (Western age 4-year-olds) were racing, and one of the boys, Jae-ho, was in the lead, and then lost his footing. He didn't fall, but he fell behind and lost the race and then burst into tears!  It was sooo cute!

Music Monday: Epik Comback

Added bonus to album purchasers, that symbol on the bottom right is an ACTUAL guitar pick with 99 density. Genius, though I think I could only use it with my bass... which I never pick... it's still genius! Epik High's name has always been around, but I never listened to their songs. By the time I started listening to Korean music, they were already on an extended hiatus. Their latest album has proven that good things come to those who wait. It wins the award for album of the year in my opinion (BIG BANG's Alive and Still Alive were EPs and special editions respectively). I don't know if there was a blue moon when they were recording, because every song on the album is perfection. I love the way they rap over different genres. Sometimes alternative rock, sometimes electronic, sometimes pop, sometimes R&B, etc. It's a great combination and reintroduces the genre in a different way. Even if you're not into rap (or listening to a song you may not u...

Why I will never drive in Korea: Reason #32

I honestly don't know how this happened, but I'm really not that surprised. My theory is the first car was stopped, and the second car slowly continued to push forward? Look at that angle! I would not want to get out of that car. AWKWARD. More pics after the jump!
