Breaking News - Celeb Sighting

Vlog 12.2: A Celebrity is in the House from Chine Anikwe on Vimeo.

There is a celebrity in Daejeon. I repeat there is a celebrity in Daejeon. Gong Yu and Su Jeong Kim in "Finding Mr Destiny" (김종욱 찾기) . Well, they might have left by now actually, but they WERE here and I got video of it.  And I could have missed I if I had kept my previous appointment to watch Harry Potter on Wednesday or even the 3 PM showing today. But by fate I ended up seeing the 6 PM showing of one of the greatest Harry Potters to date (seriously, props to David Yates, the cast, and crew for this one. So cannot wait for the next one), and all of the sudden there's a mad rush of people (mainly girls) across the theater entrance.

Apparently the main actors were giving a speech before or after their movie. I got video of them coming out of the theater.  Anyway, this video's really shaky. Waiting for Kristie's much steadier video later.

More info after the jump!

By the time I started listening to Korean music, they were already on an extended hiatus. Their latest album has proven that good things come to those who wait. It wins the award for album of the year in my opinion (BIG BANG's Alive and Still Alive were EPs and special editions respectively). I don't know if there was a blue moon when they were recording, because every song on the album is perfection. I love the way they rap over different genres. Sometimes alternative rock, sometimes electronic, sometimes pop, sometimes R&B, etc. It's a great combination and reintroduces the genre in a different way. Even if you're not into rap (or listening to a song you may not u...

Why I will never drive in Korea: Reason #32

I honestly don't know how this happened, but I'm really not that surprised. My theory is the first car was stopped, and the second car slowly continued to push forward? Look at that angle! I would not want to get out of that car. AWKWARD. More pics after the jump!
