New Music Saturday!


Also known as the best pre-Birthday Present ever!  My favorite K-pop girl group 2ne1 is back with a full length album To Anyone and two brand new MV's. I just purchased the album off iTunes, and it's on repeat as I nurse my hangover from last night's B-day celebration activities.

Anyway here are the first two videos. They're promoting 3 singles at once... kind of unheard of in the K-pop music industry (at most artists will promote two at a time), but if it means more 2ne1 performances then I'm all for it!  Did I mention they're releasing their third single tomorrow (my birthday) with a performance on Inkigayo? I'm soooo excited!

Added bonus to album purchasers, that symbol on the bottom right is an ACTUAL guitar pick with 99 density. Genius, though I think I could only use it with my bass... which I never pick... it's still genius! Epik High's name has always been around, but I never listened to their songs. By the time I started listening to Korean music, they were already on an extended hiatus. Their latest album has proven that good things come to those who wait. It wins the award for album of the year in my opinion (BIG BANG's Alive and Still Alive were EPs and special editions respectively). I honestly don't know how this happened, but I'm really not that surprised. My theory is the first car was stopped, and the second car slowly continued to push forward? Look at that angle! I would not want to get out of that car. AWKWARD. More pics after the jump!
